manor house and estate enthuses beauty, romance and elegance. It's
statuesque magnificence inspires one to express tender affections to
one another and thus makes the perfect private wedding venue for all
those eternally in love. Encapsulated in solitude amidst lush
majestic oak trees, Kleinkaap offers picture perfect luxury...
Garden weddings and functions are held in this tranquil setting
under the oaks or in our Banquet hall graced by romantic
chandeliers and candelabra.
First class cuisine and professional service is the standard at
Kleinkaap. Our menus mirror the seasons incorporating many of
South Africa's finest natural ingredients.
At Kleinkaap we will make sure that your wedding is an
unforgettable and memorable experience.

General Terms and Conditions
Morning weddings from 9h00 to 14h00 (5 hours)
Evening weddings from 16h00 to 24h00 (8 hours)
Children under the age of 10 years will be charged 50% on the agreed adult menu price. Children under the age of 2 years will not be charged.
Children will not be considered part of the total amount of guests.
Evening weddings close at 24h00; extensions may be made with prior arrangement.
A fee of R1250 per hour as well as the extra hours of the waiters and barmen
will be charged.
Kleinkaap Bar closes at 23h00; extensions may be made with prior arrangement.
A fee of R630 per hour will be charged.
Halaal and Kosher meals are available on request. A surcharge of R100 per meal
will be charged. Other special dietary requirements are also available. Please
speak to your coordinator regarding the options available.
The use of the venue before or after the stipulated times will be charged accordingly.
Bookings will only be considered secured by upon receipt of a refundable deposit of R5000. Deposit will be refunded within 20 working days after function date (terms and conditions apply).
By paying a deposit you indicate your acceptance of the Terms and
Conditions of Kleinkaap.
We have a garden chapel and banquet hall that can accommodate up to
400 guests banquet style comfortably.
Create your own personalized menu for your special day, with our list of starters,
main courses and desserts. If you require a unique dish that does not reflect on our menu, you are welcome to ask our wedding coordinator to quote you accordingly.
We have seven different packages to suit your taste, style and budget:
1. Stellenbosch Package (Buffet or Plated)
2. Paarl Package (Buffet, Plated or Brunch)
3. Francshhoek Package (Buffet or Plated)

Should the waiters and bar attendants work longer than the minimum 8 hours,
the standard hourly rate per waiter will be charged, R45 per hour per waiter, and R50 per hour per bar attendant. These prices are subject to change.

Catering for 3rd party operators (DJ, photographer etc) will be charged at the normal Adult rate (see price package per person). If not arranged, the amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Kleinkaaps own sound systems and DJ are available for your convenience and can be made use of at an additional cost of R3500. Please book in advance (Franschhoek package includes DJ).

Organza chair ribbons at R10-00 per ribbon.

The usage of the projector and screen R880.00, and only Kleinkaap will operate it.

Luxurious Bridal Cottage with dressing facilities for the bride and one guest
for one night prior to OR after the function. The room will be available from
10h00 on the day of the wedding until 09h00 the following morning.
The mini bar will be stocked and drinks will be charged on consumption to the main account. (Subject to availability)

Mid-morning tea/coffee and Fruit platter for the bride and one guest while dressing (service fee per additional guest will be charged)

Continental Breakfast for two

Jug of fruit juice per table, selection of choices available

Kleinkaap DJ for the wedding ceremony as well as the reception (please book in advance).

The four star Kleinkaap Boutique Hotel, situated within the property, is a proud
addition to Kleinkaap Estate. Luxury facilities and accommodation have recently
been completed, also maintaining the elegant Cape Dutch style.
All rooms are luxury en-suite king rooms with state of the art amenities, flat screen televisions and wireless internet.
17 Double rooms are available to enhance the beauty of Kleinkaap and to make your journey unforgettable.

Appointments
4 weeks prior to the function the following is confirmed:
Take note: the final number of guests will not be changed after two weeks
prior to the function. Kleinkaap must be informed two weeks before
function date regarding re payment of extra guests with your deposit.
Visiting Kleinkaap
· Please phone to make an appointment to view Kleinkaap and to avoid disappointment
· A final appointment is scheduled 4 weeks prior to the wedding to finalise arrangements.
· Unfortunately we do not schedule appointments on Sundays.
